Shenzhen CLOU Electronics established the Party Branches in September 2003 and the Party Committee in December 2016. The Party Committee has five Party Branches, with nearly 140 party members. Persisting in following the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guidance all the time, making promoting high-quality development of enterprises as its focus of the enterprise Party construction and taking the core socialist values as the outline of fostering enterprise culture, CLOU Party Committee fully plays its role as a leader of controlling direction, managing overall aspects and prompting practice. It has achieved double bumper harvests in Party development, enterprise production and operation.

The CLOU Party Committee integrates the Party development work into the operation of the company by combining with the industry characteristics and through online and offline activities like ¡°Branch Theme Party Day¡±, ¡°Secretary's Party lectures¡±, ¡°online classrooms¡± and "special learning meeting for Party members and leading cadres", which has an active influence on the operation and development of the company.

CLOU Party Committee pays attention to "cultivating Party members into backbones of the company or cultivating the company backbones who are not Part members into Party members".
